We discovered Paulette Agnes Ang after seeing the music video for Princess Nokia’s song, “Balenciaga.” Her overall creativity is what drew us to her and her project. We tapped into her mind in order to understand her creative process as a young director and Episode 1 was the perfect representation of that. With almost a decade’s worth of production experience at her back, this versatile creative’s journey is one worth following.

Flo was an amazing subject we captured, that not only embodied what being Finally Focused meant to us, but related to so many of the same issues young directors, photographers, and producers face along the way. From Harlem, NY, her confidence and disposition shined bright through the lens, as she walked us through her life’s work. At 20 years old, quitting his day job to buy a Canon T3i, no one would’ve believed how far he’s come just by staying focused. With the hopes of one day building his own Film Academy to pass on the knowledge he’s accumulated, MF looks to create diamonds out of the pressure of his past success.

A Mexican photographer, who made not only a career, but a life for himself out of passion, Ace of LA’s reflection of his journey shows his innate ability to manifest all of his goals. From dropping out of high school, to the doubts of his friends and family, he managed to trust his instincts to become the household name he is now. “We are in a never ending journey,” a quote by Ace that tells more about where he’s headed than anything else could, as he’s still constantly learning and discovering new goals for himself.
